Returns & Exchanges

Due to legal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, we can only accept returns for items that were damaged in transit or shipped in error. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Send an email to our support team with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect wine bottles.

    Evaluation

    Our quality assurance team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the request is approved.

    Secure Packaging

    Carefully repackage the items in their original shipping materials to prevent further breakage during the return transit.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    Once we receive the returned shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement bottle at no additional cost.
