Description
Inspired by the traditional Amarone style of Italy, Renacerās Milamore is a unique Argentine take on the appassimento method, where grapes are partially dried before fermentation. A blend of Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Bonarda, and Cabernet Franc, this wine is made in Mendoza and crafted to deliver richness and elegance in equal measure.
The nose offers black cherry, dried fig, espresso, and spice. On the palate, itās full-bodied and plush, with flavors of ripe plum, dark chocolate, and a touch of balsamic complexity. The texture is velvety and the finish long, making this wine ideal for slow-cooked meats, aged cheeses, or sipping on its own.
