The Alexana Terroir Series Pinot Noir 2022 is a carefully crafted blend of four distinct ‘Terroirs’ from the ‘Willamette Valley’. Individual barrels are meticulously selected from the small-production ‘Single Vineyard’ Pinot Noir program to create a truly unique and expressive wine.
To achieve its rich and balanced flavor, each vineyard block is fermented separately in small batches with native yeasts before being aged in French oak barrels for 10 months. The Winemaker, Bryan Weil, uses his expertise to select individual barrels from each vineyard block each spring, resulting in a beautifully harmonious and complex ‘Willamette Valley’ Pinot Noir.
