Do I need to be present to sign for my wine delivery?
Yes. Federal law requires that someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for any package containing alcohol. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day.
Which states do you ship to?
We currently ship to most states within the U.S., excluding Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Utah due to state-specific compliance laws. Please check our shipping page for the most up-to-date list of restricted zip codes.
How do you ensure the wine isn't damaged by extreme weather?
During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may offer 'Weather Hold' services to delay shipping until temperatures are safe. We also provide thermal packaging and expedited shipping options to maintain the integrity of your wine.
What is your policy if I receive a 'corked' or spoiled bottle?
We stand by the quality of our selection. If you receive a bottle that is corked or otherwise flawed, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or store credit.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed and picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress and estimated delivery time.
Do you offer discounts on bulk or case orders?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on orders of 12 bottles or more. This discount is automatically applied at checkout for most non-sale items.
